Cheese is a super food . It is made from the casein ( white proteins) present in the milk which has no substitute in nature . This healthy gift from nature is turned into a great food called cheese . At the moment over 1000 varieties of cheeses are produced all over the world . Some are well known , some are regional but cheese is a leap of Milk towards immortality.
Unfortunately not all cheeses available ( specially in Pakistan and third world countries ) is a healthy option . Most of the cheeses you find on store shelves without any refrigeration are not a cheese at all . If you read the ingredients, it’s all preservatives , oils , cheese flavours and somewhere a tiny bit of cheese to complete the process . HELLO !! These are not a healthy option at all . Even refrigerated , processed cheeses are a blend of many ingredients having preservatives and certain ingredients which make them flavourful but not a good option when it comes to cheese . 
So many cream cheeses , slices , triangles , and sometimes even the Mozzarella which is made from vegetable oil base are use extensively by our restaurants and domestic consumers .( think again)
On the other hand , non processed cheeses are made with milk and cultures only , making it a healthiest option . The natural taste of cheese and it’s flavour is unbeatable . It’s health benefits are countless . The natural fats present in non processed cheeses does not alter the cholesterol levels , rather these help to control them . 
Any processed food in not a healthy option at all . Turn to healthy living & Stay healthy .
